The Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Allied Professionals Group (here after referred as to “HNHCP”) is an international non-profit organisation dedicated to educational and scientific purposes.

The members of the HNHCP Group are qualified nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals from hospitals/ centers / institutions caring for and working with patients who have haematological disorders both malignant and non-malignant including haemaglobinopathies, coagulation and thrombotic disorders.

More than ever well informed health care professionals are now needed to help patients and their loved ones to cope with the complexity of living with a haematological disease and enable them to achieve the best possible quality of life.

The HNHCP is dedicated to spreading and sharing the latest news on Haematology and Nursing.

The Haematology Nurses & Healthcare Professionals Group is promoting the nurse’s and the other Healthcare Professionals role in improving the care for patients with a malignant and non-malignant haematological disease.

One of the aims is to develop and promote educational programmes for nurses and other healthcare professionals for areas such as haematology, oncology and haematopoietic stem cell transplantation, where treatments and side effects are intensive, specialist training and knowledge is particularly important.
