Learning programme on Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)
Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP): A resource for healthcare professionals on behalf of the Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Professionals Group. A faculty of specialist nurses working in the field of haematology/oncology, haematologists/oncologists, and patient advocates have collaborated to develop this program dedicated to learning about Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
This program features topics relevant to the multidisciplinary team approach to caring for patients with ITP and their relatives. Nurses, other allied health care professionals and patient organizations play an important role in this process and the group is excited to share with you the most current information and up-to-date recommendations for addressing both short-term and long-term management of patient and family needs.
The Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) Learning Program was made possible by a sponsorship from Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AG (“Sobi”. On behalf of the faculty and the Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Professionals Group who developed this resource, we hope that the ITP Learning Program will be of value to you in your care of patients with Immune thrombocytopenia.
Immunthrombozytopenie (ITP): Eine Ressource für medizinisches Fachpersonal
Dieses Lernprogramm wurde im Auftrag der Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Professionals Group entwickelt und richtet sich an medizinisches Fachpersonal, das an der Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Immunthrombozytopenie (ITP) beteiligt ist.
Das Programm behandelt Themen, die für die multidisziplinäre Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit ITP und ihren Angehörigen relevant sind. Pflegekräfte, weiteres medizinisches Fachpersonal und Patientenorganisationen spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle.
Die zweite Ausgabe des ITP-Lernprogramms wurde durch Zuschüsse der Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AG („Sobi“) ermöglicht. Die Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Professionals Group hofft, dass dieses Programm Sie in Ihrer täglichen Praxis unterstützt und zur Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit ITP beiträgt.
Thrombocytopénie immunitaire (PTI) : une ressource destinée aux professionnels de santé
Ce programme de formation a été élaboré par le groupe Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Professionals (HNHCP) et s’adresse aux professionnels de santé impliqués dans la prise en charge des patients atteints de thrombocytopénie immunitaire (PTI).
Il aborde des thématiques liées à l’approche pluridisciplinaire de la prise en charge des patients souffrant d’une PTI et de leurs proches. Les infirmiers(-ières), les autres professionnels paramédicaux et les associations de patients jouent un rôle essentiel dans ce processus.
Cette deuxième édition du programme de formation sur la PTI a été rendue possible grâce au soutien de Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AG (« Sobi »). Le groupe HNHCP espère que cette ressource vous sera utile dans vos soins aux patients atteints de thrombocytopénie immunitaire.

Questo programma di formazione è stato sviluppato dal gruppo Haematology Nurses and Healthcare Professionals e si rivolge agli operatori sanitari coinvolti nella cura dei pazienti con trombocitopenia immune (ITP).
Il programma presenta argomenti rilevanti per l’approccio multidisciplinare alla cura dei pazienti con ITP e dei loro familiari. Infermieri, altri operatori sanitari e organizzazioni di pazienti svolgono un ruolo importante in questo processo.
La seconda edizione del programma di formazione sulla trombocitopenia immune (ITP) è stata resa possibile grazie al sostegno di Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AG (“Sobi”). El programa presenta temas relevantes para el enfoque multidisciplinar en el cuidado de pacientes con PTI y sus familiares. El personal de enfermería, otros profesionales sanitarios y las organizaciones de pacientes desempeñan un papel importante en este proceso.
La segunda edición del programa de aprendizaje sobre la trombocitopenia inmune (PTI) fue posible gracias al patrocinio de Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AG («Sobi»).
