Bispecific Antibody Immunotherapy (BsAbs)

As in many other disciplines, developments in haematology follow each other in rapid succession. Multiple therapeutic approaches are used in treatment of cancer, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted treatments, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy. To ensure the
safety and sustainability of bispecific antibody immunotherapy, it is crucial to address the physical and psychological aspects of the patient’s experience. Effective communication and comprehensive management are highly valued by patients and their caregivers. All these developments mean that the content of nurses ‘work has changed significantly, with increasing demands on theoretical knowledge and insight and on the ability to apply them in daily work.
